Oh Manchester, so much to answer for. A minimalist look back at Manchester rich musical heritage chronicling the rise of post punk heroes Joy Division all the way to the modern day indie favourites, The Courteeners.
Dan Deacon Tunnel of Love
Dan Deacon is famed for his electric live shows in which he wields the audience as his weapon of choice. This image captures one of the iconic moments of his live show in which he instructs the audience to form a human tunnel, each pair through the tunnel form the next link and on it goes until most of the audience have become part of this hive minded creature. It’s a truly unifying experience and one that manages to break down the barriers between performer and audience and also rid the individual of inhibitions.

Noel Gallagher Songs Portrait
Noel is a man famed for liking his own words and so this portrait should do him justice. This is image is comprised of every oasis song until the band split in 2009. It includes all of the major singles from Wonderwall and Don't Look Back in Anger to lesser known gems such as Rockin Chair.

I created this for one of my club nights. I wanted to convey the vibrancy of the music within a beloved Manchester institution and so drew this colourful image of the building to be as eye catching and representative of the vibe as possible.
